Clear Course Coaching

For people who've done everything right and still feel like something's missing.

About Clear Course

Most people don't lose their way overnight.

It's often gradual and rears its head on an unexpected day. You’ve spent your adult life following the opportunities, meeting expectations, building a successful career, and kept moving forward until one day you realise you're no longer sure whether you're living a life you chose or one you simply arrived at.

Clear Course exists to help you find your direction again.

Through honest, thought-provoking coaching, you'll gain the clarity to understand what you truly want, the confidence to make meaningful decisions, and the courage to build a career and life that’s loyal to you.

Who it’s for

Clear Course is for professionals who are good at what they do, but who've started to wonder whether they're living a life that's true to who they are.

I work with professionals at all stages of their journey: from those feeling stuck or uncertain about their next step, to those navigating career transitions, role redundancies, leadership challenges, confidence barriers, or major life changes. My coaching combines practical career expertise with a people-first approach that helps you move forward with purpose.

If you're ready to stop drifting and start making deliberate choices about your life and work, this is for you.

Luca Grant-Snow

Founder

I've spent a decade in HR and Talent Acquisition working closely with Founders, C-Suite leaders, and senior People professionals across start-ups and established businesses. I've interviewed and coached thousands of candidates, I've built hiring functions from the ground up, and I know the pressures of professional life at every level: not just from the outside looking in, but from being in the room where the decisions get made.

That experience shapes how I coach — but it's not the whole of it.

I work with professionals from all backgrounds, including those who've spent their careers navigating workplaces that weren't quite built with them in mind — whether that's as a Queer person, a neurodivergent person, or simply someone who's always felt slightly out of step with the version of success they were handed.

What I've found is that the gap between where people are and where they actually want to be is rarely a skills problem... it's a self-permission problem.

My approach isn't prescriptive: I'm not going to hand you a five-step plan or tell you what your life should look like. What I will do is ask the questions that make it harder to keep avoiding the honest answer — and sit with you in the work of figuring out what that answer means.

If you're ready to stop building someone else's version of a life well-lived and start building your own, you're in the right place.
